How To Use Sublinguals

Shake the bottle. If you are using a CBD oil or tincture, shake the bottle before use to ensure the CBD is evenly distributed.

Place the CBD oil under your tongue. Use the dropper to place the CBD oil directly under your tongue and hold it there for 30-60 seconds to allow it to absorb through the mucous membranes.

Drink water. Water helps your body breakdown and absorb supplements, including CBD.

Wait for the effects. CBD sublinguals can take effect within 15-45 minutes, depending on your metabolism. Be patient and wait for the effects to kick in before taking more.

Be consistent. It may take 1-2 weeks for your body to respond to CBD. Be patient and pay attention to changes in your mood, sleep, appetite, or pain tolerance.
